Jackie Fernandez Medina passed away on Tuesday, the 13th of February 2018.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, the 17th of February at 5 pm at A Sacred Choice, 4740 Dacoma Street in Houston. Immediately following, the family will greet guests during a reception. Jackie would have wanted everyone to wear bright colors and to bring your dancing shoes.
