Mrs. Rachel Emily James passed away on Thursday, the 17th of January in Houston, Texas.
She was born the 17th of April 1932 to Mr. Martin Chamber Sr. and Mrs. Callie Young.

A memorial service will take place at Trinity United Methodist Church, 2600 Holman Street in Houston. Details will be announced at a later date.
